Canyon Insurance Agency was originally started in the 1920’s and has been in business ever since.  The current owners, Randy Croslin and Andy Hicks, have owned it since 1984.

As an independent agency, we shop underwriters to get our clients the best possible value for all our insurance products, including home, auto, commercial, life and health

We also offer annuities and retirement planning.

ABOUT THE PARTNERS

Randy Croslin was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle.  He attended West Texas State University and received a business degree in 1979.  Randy entered the insurance business immediately out of college and has been at it ever since.  He is an active member of First Baptist Church in Canyon and a long time member of the Canyon Rotary Club.

He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 31 years and have two children -- son Colby, who is a graduate of West Texas A&M University and is a fellow agent here at Canyon Insurance Agency; and son Conner, who is a student at Canyon High School.

Andy Hicks has worked in the insurance business for almost 30 years. This experience provides customers with a highly professional level of knowledge and expertise rarely found today. Andy is an active member of First Baptist Church in Canyon, where he is a deacon and has passionately taught in the Student Ministry for 25 years. As an active member of the Canyon community, Andy is always willing to assist with community endeavors, and you will find him working with numerous organizations. Andy is an avid tennis player and, if the weather is cooperative, you will often find him on the court.

He has been married to his wife Gwen for 27 years and has a daughter, Erin, who is lives in Birmingham, Alabama and is married to Ben Moon; and a son, Drew, who is a student at West Texas A&M University in Canyon.
